Paris

In 1966 Phyllis moved East for college and has lived in Boston mostly, also Washington DC to work for the US Congress in the 1980s as counsel to an investigative committee. 

In Boston she taught at University of Massachusetts for 30+ years. As a public health lawyer, she worked in Latin America and Africa. She and her husband lived in Paris half time for 20 years, edited a public health journal as a retirement job in Paris and Rockport, MA.
